Finance Control & Compliance Manager

- Drive and execute the existing risk management, internal control and compliance measures throughout the GBS SESA Regions.

- Facilitate the GBS regional lead to design and implement the regional risk, compliance and control measures according to company policies and regional regulations

- Act as the Control & Compliance head of the legal entity, and represen locally in regards to finance and compliance matters.

- Establish and maintain the financial control and accounting processes & system that complies with local regulations including SEZ (Special Economic Zone) regulations and with the company's policies and procedures.

- Drives the cost effectiveness of the Pune centre, assuring well-structured and transparent cost reporting for the Passat project cost and the GBS regional operational cost.

- Assure finance reporting for the functions which co-locate with the GBS Pune center and act as a business partner in controlling the costs.

Experience in the area of finance controlling, internal control, governance, Risk and Compliance
