Manager - Finance/Compliance - Transportation Firm - CA (3-6 yrs)
Cogoport is looking for a Finance Manager (Compliance) who will ensure to cover the actions, procedures, guidelines and business culture that support the adherence to government legislation, industry regulations, and internal policies.
Role -
- Ensure compliance with Direct Tax(Income Tax, TDS)
- Ensure compliance with Indirect Tax (Service Tax)
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act (Minutes, Filling, Registers etc)
- Ensure compliance with labours laws (PF, ESIC, CLRA)
- Ensure FEMA compliance (ADR, FCGPR, Annual return)
- Handle IP rights registration process with attorneys (Trademark, Patents, copyrights)
- Review of tax ledgers monthly
- Make Statutory payments(PF,PT,ESIC).
- E - Filling for Foreign Remittance (15 CA)
- Associated in legal and financial due diligence
- Associated in fundraising activities
- Draft, review and negotiate the various types of agreements
- Coordinate with auditors during the audit period
- Coordinate with external consultants and law firms
Requirements -
Qualification - CA
Experience - 4 - 6 yrs
Location - Mumbai / Delhi
Preference - Must have done compliance -GST, TDS, Transfer Pricing, Labour laws, Secretarial (ROC)
