A leading Real estate focused PE fund&nbsp; Manager - Finance and Compliance Job Description: - Proper and timely preparation of financials and preparation of monthly compliance tracker - Provide ground level support on statutory tax and internal audits - Authentication, processing and follow through on internal and external customers' requests to finance Supportive role in VAT and Income Tax Assessments - Checking of monthly invoices with revenue tracker - Preparation of monthly outstanding report and sending monthly outstanding letters to tenants - Checking of daily accounting entries with supporting documents and proper scrutiny of payments and vouchers Closely monitoring budgets, ensuring timely receipts of customer payments, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Delegation of Authority (DOA) - Preparation of primary data and checking of quarterly non-salary TDS, TCS, MVAT, returns working files - Download Form No. 16A from traces website and distribute to specified parties Preparation of workings half-yearly service tax return - Preparation of monthly closing entries working sheet and MIS report to management - E-filing of professional tax return and workings for WCT returns - Maintain sanctity and traceability of finance and secretarial department files, documents and vouchers in hard and soft copy, MIS report to management, coordinate and execute all bank related activities - Any other responsibility that may be assigned from time to time by the Reporting Manager
