Finance and Compliance role Eligibility Criteria - Must be a qualified CA and a CS. - Must have working experience to manage preparation of Prospectus. - Must have working experience of SEBI Regulatory filings, Tax filings, RoC Filings. - Must have delivered on preparation of Fund Accounts, Fund Manager Accounts Responsibilities 1. SEBI reporting for AIFs (alternative investment funds) 2. All applicable compliances under AIF Regulations and PPM of AIFs 3. SEBI compliances for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) 4. RBI Compliances such as: InVi reporting, FC-TRS reporting and FLA Reporting 5. Assist in various audits: PPM Audit, Internal Audit and Statutory Audit 6. Monitor applicable compliance requirements for Fund in Mauritius by closely working with the administrator in Mauritius 7. Obtain other necessary regulatory registrations such as SCORES, CKYC, KRA, LEI, FATCA, FLA, RBI - FIRMS Portal for InVi and FC-TRS, etc. 8. Draft/ Prepare/ Review/ Annual Trustee Compliance Test Report 9. Assist in preparation/drafting of applications/letters/communications with SEBI, RBI, trustee, investors or other applicable stakeholders for AIFs/VCFs 10. Interpreting and execution of compliance with requirements of all Fund documents. 11. Assistance on investor due diligence: AML/KYC checks, world check screening, FATCA compliances etc. 12. Investment process: Review condition precedents documents, condition subsequent documents related to investments made by AIFs 13. Updating the investment compliance monitoring portal - PROMISE 14. Compliance with investment and exit process as per internal protocol 15. Liaising/Communicating with SEBI, RBI, trustee, lawyer, Investment Team, Fund Administration Team, portfolio companies, investors etc. 16. Liaising with Secretarial team for requisite board resolution or other required documents 17. Obtain/update DSC, DIN for authorised signatories, nominee directors 18. To assist nominee directors in applicable Companies Act compliances such as DIR-3 KYC, MBP-1, DIR-8, DIR-2, etc. 19. Keep track on regulatory update for AIFs / PMS businesses, timely update to management and ensure implementation of the same
