Manager - Finance & Compliance - Automobile

We have urgent opening in one of our MNC client for engineering, based at Hyderabad location

Position: Manager- Finance & Compliance(Female preferably)

Functional Responsibility

Primary

- Handle independently all the statutory compliance in relation to Indian Company law, for the company and its subsidiaries.

- Convening and servicing board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs)/meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence and so on)

- Maintenance and updating of statutory registers and records for the Organization and its Subsidiaries

- Providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings

- Training directors and members of the senior leadership team on corporate governance matters

- Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization and its Subsidiaries

- Providing support to the board or other committees and subsidiary companies on specific projects

- Implementing processes or systems to ensure compliance with all applicable corporate laws for the company and its subsidiaries.

- Any other compliance matters as assigned from time to time

Secondary

- Compliance to Foreign Exchange Management Act, Reserve Bank of India

- Hedging / Forex Management to avoid currency fluctuations risks.

- Co-ordination with Statutory, Internal & Secretarial Auditors

- Preparation of Profit and Loss accounts, Balance sheet, Notes to Accounts and Cash flow

- Reporting of all key MIS to top management

Desirable Skills :

- Preparation of financial presentation

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

- Able to transform data into MIS for decision making

- Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at single instance within compressed times

- Drive automation for better efficiency management

- Able to present to senior management

- proactive, Collaborative, Problem solving attitude

- Recent taxation reforms of India

- IFRS Knowledge

Qualification: CS is a must and a masters in Finance & Accounting is an advantage

Experience: Min 8 years Max 10 years

Reporting to CFO and Finance Controller.
