Finance & Commercial Manager - Pharma | Bogota, Colombia Name of Position: Finance & Commercial Manager Key tasks the candidate will be doing : 1. Working closely with key stake holders and playing active role in managing the finance and commercial aspects of the operation in Colombia and reporting requirements. 2. Managing statutory audits, tax audits and other regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with the relevant local laws and liaison with lawyers, consultants, bankers, auditors etc. as necessary. 3. Coordinating with the local distributors/customer on supply, managing the account receivable, Inventory procurement and control, coordinating with Thailand SCM team 4. Experience in warehouse management and importation process. 5. Good communicator and must interact regularly and comfortably across various departments. Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory. 6. Playing an active role in ERP, dashboard (Qlikview) and other necessary process implementations in the location. 7. Monthly financial management process that incorporates actual financial performance to forecasted performance and justifies variances. 8. Assisting in closing of accounts, audits and preparation of monthly/quarterly financial, management reports and budgets. 9. Experiences in process definition, set up and creating SOP. No of years of experience : Min 5 years Experience in / Preferred / Personal profile required in Candidate : - Handling audits, Financial and management reports, exposure in ERP system, cost management, Company and tax regulations, procurement and warehouse management, importation, treasury - Previous work experience in distribution business is preferable. - Location : Bogota, Colombia - CTC (range) : as per market standard Any specific remarks : - He should have experience in LATAM countries. - He should be fluent in the Spanish language.
