Manager - Finance - Commercial/Accounting - CA+ CS - BFS

Designation- Finance Manager

Experience- 7-10 Years (Post CA qualification')

Education- CA+ CS

Key Responsibilities

Finance

- Liaise closely with internal departments to actively monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable entries, and to ensure all invoices are issued in an accurate, timely and efficient manner

- Review payment vouchers for expenses and liaise with Regional Finance for payments

- Prepare cash flow forecast and cash flow/ cash management statements for management

- Review accounting entries and accounts reconciliations in the financial accounting system

- Work with Regional Finance and liaise with third-party tax agents on preparation and lodgement of all necessary tax returns, including GST, TDS, corporate income tax, transfer pricing and tax audit

- Assist Regional Finance to complete annual statutory audit

- Share update on local rules and regulations and liaise with bankers, RBI, tax office and other government bodies if necessary

- Respond to enquiries from, and provide guidance to, other offices in the Asia region

- Other ad-hoc assignments or duties as required

Secretarial Compliance : 

- Assist in handling ROC filings

- Coordinate physical meetings of directors and/or shareholders

- Keep proper record of all the secretarial documents such as minutes, annual return and other filings

Administrative : 

- Review office supply requisitions and manage supply, equipment (fixed assets) and inventory

- Devise filing systems and maintain office records

- Provide overall administrative support

Key Requirements : 

- Have a Degree in Accountancy, preferably with professional qualifications.

- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience from the commercial or accounting sector

- Work experiences in professional service industry and multinational company would be advantageous

- Strong written skills in English and excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

- Self-motivated, proactive and thorough; able to work independently.

- Strong analytical and management reporting skills.

- Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
