Qualification : MBA from MT Campus with 2 to 3 years of experience
Role Requirements / Specifications :
- Candidates should be an MBA pass-out from Batch of 2016/17 only
- Experience required in Finance Management, Financial Planning and Analysis
- Target industry FMCG only (Should be a good brand)

Job Purpose :
- Financial performance review on various business segments
- Financial Budgeting for various business segments
- Economic research and data analysis
Primary Responsibilities :
1. Financial Analysis & MIS (Monitor, Analyze and report P&L, financial data, overhead, working capital, variances in plans to facilitate decision making. Regular MIS to all stakeholders to highlight cost overrun and savings.
- Profit projection based on changing scenario related to sales, material cost, overhead and other factors. Detailed assessment of profitability and impact of various pricing conditions.
Key Performance Indicators :
1. Adherence to timelines :
- Rigor of performance reviews across businesses.
- Cost saving measures in overheads and capex.
- Presentation skills
2. Annual Planning (Prepare annual financial plans for group including sale, material cost, overhead, manpower cost, capex and working capital)

2. Understanding of business drivers
3. Depth of analysis

3. Economic research and data analysis: Research on relevant parameters that potentially drive the coatings industry. Competitive analysis on industry players domestic and global
