Finance Manager - Real estate-cashflow projections -financial models and feasibilities
1) Preparing financial models and feasibilities for new projects in the pipeline
2) Making and updating cashflow projections for existing projects
3) Preparing six monthly cashflows for existing projects
4) Coordinating with various functions for data on current and upcoming projects
5) Coordinating and negotiating with financial institutions for financial closure of projects
6) Preparing regular MIS and ensuring compliance with lender's requirements
7) Preparing weekly presentations for HOD meetings
8) Being abreast with industry developments
9) Making presentations on industry data by reviewing quarterly and annual earnings/presentations
