Manager - Finance - CA - Shared Services - Manufacturing (10-12 yrs)
Manager - Finance (Shared Services) is required for a fortune 500 manufacturing company.
The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant with 10 years to 12 years of post CA experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, Reporting and Compliance in a reputed shared services company. In addition incumbent should have experience in Sales Accounting and Manufacturing Accounting.
Job Specs :
- To provide superior services to internal customers on salaries per entitlements, To direct and supervise and control of accounts payable team to ensure timely payments and monthly reconciliation of all advances, provisions creditors accounts. To provide real time MIS to all employees for various loans i.e. housing, vehicle, furniture, computer and white goods etc. & MIS to IMT for Expense Report.
- Managing Global assignee payroll and payment processing
- Finalization of accounts closing schedules for March, June, September and December and getting the same audited. Generation of schedules for Financial as well as Management reporting.
- Monitoring monthly deductions of various taxes and deposit the same in the Govt. accounts as per Income Tax Act/Rules.
- To maintain the effective system for timely investment of Provident Fund and Gratuity Fund contributions into various investment portfolios to ensure maximum return on such investment with zero risk.
- To liaise and guide the locations for periodical finalization of PF accounts, preparation of final settlement of accounts and circulation of balances to employees.
- Responsible for various payments relating to stores and services for commercial and overall control of supplier's accounts/ reconciliation.
- Responsible for various payments relating to A&P (Marketing) for regional sales offices and overall control of supplier's accounts/ reconciliation.
- Responsible for various payments relating to South,East,North,West and overall control of supplier's accounts/ reconciliation.
- Get actuarial valuation done
