Our client is a leading FMCG Distribution conglomerate situated in the Sultanate of Oman with business interests in Kuwait and the UAE, in addition to the business in the Sultanate. The Organization has ambitious plans for upstream and geographical growth, generating a multimillion turnover with approximately 3,000 employees with many leading international brands within its portfolio. We have been retained to assist them with the sourcing of a - Finance Manager- position to be based in Kuwait. The role is vital in improving and maintaining the financial standards of the company. It also requires the person to prepare Budgets and ensure that there is 100% adherence to the pre-defined SOP. Principal Accountabilities : Functional : - To Produce timely &amp; accurate Information / Financial Data to the Management. - Approval of Supplier Terms &amp; Price Structure. - Follow the Collection meeting &amp; Monitor the Customer receivables. - Maintain the Credit Control for Customer receivables. - Approval of Supplier Payment Schedules. - Approval of Control of GL / TB. - Approval of Financial Schedules. - Approval of Overheads Spends. - Provide management with various Cost Analysis. - Approval of Purchase Orders. - Approval of CAPEX Forms. - Working with other departments and business heads to prepare budgets and track profitability of business unit. - Preparation of Internal MIS for Business Heads &amp; Commercial Heads. - Negotiate with Banks &amp; External Suppliers. - Ensure proper utilization of Facilities and Manage Healthy Cash Flow. - Liaise with External &amp; Internal Auditors. The ideal candidate should have minimum 7-12 years of experience in FMCG sector and a qualification of a Chartered Accountant.
