As the Assistant Manager - Finance, you will be responsible to manage and scale the finance and accounts operations and the auditing functions of the company.

The other responsibilities will be to:

- Ensuring periodical closing of books of accounts including Annual Financial Statements

- Responsible for all the compliances requirements including TDS, Income Tax, GST, FEMA etc.

- Leading all internal, statutory and special audits

- Responsible for Management of Internal Control Systems commensurate with the growing business requirements

- Recommending benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance

- Driving business process improvements with best industry practices

- Weekly/Monthly management reporting on certain critical aspects

- Leading AP, AR and business partnerships including new contracts

- Monitoring Treasury management with different asset classes keeping in mind business requirements

- Investigating and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions

- Identifying areas for cost reductions across franchise and suggesting operational improvements

- Handling banking relationships and finding improvement opportunities

- Training other team members on new developments in the accounts and finance function

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant

- 2+ years of post qualification experience in finance and accounting/similar role

- Attitude to go get things done and great attention to details,

- Should have high integrity, focus on business improvement and innovation

- Great team player

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to readily adapt to and lead through changing environment
