Manager - Finance - CA/CWA

The position reports to the Financial Controller and the responsibilities include Accounts Payable, Taxation and Payroll management.

Key areas of contribution :

1. Payment processing according to formalized terms

2. Include payments to vendors, expense reimbursements, towards capital expenditure, and others.

3. Proper provisioning.

4. Checking TDS applicability

5. Facilitating Auditing.

6. Manage Payroll Run and PF Trust accounts

7. All matters concerning employee salary accounts, loans & recoveries, and settlement accounts.

8. Ensuring financial records of employees are kept updated in the financial system

9. Responsible for tax matters pertaining to the organization including payroll and vendor payments.

10. Tax computation and at source deductions thereof.

11. GST compliances.

12. Expatriate staff tax matters.

13. Tax deposit.

14. All tax compliances including return filing, assessment, handling notices and issuance of TDS certificates.

Position Requirements :

Education / Training :

- Professional (CA/CWA) with an excellent academic record.

- Excellent communication skills

Experience :

- Should have 5-6 years of post-qualification work experience.

- Should be well versed with handling responsibilities associated with Accounts Payable, Taxation and Payroll management as listed above.

- Experience of working in an International Organization is desired.
