About the role: Finance Manager
We are looking for a finance manager to plan, supervise and track company cash-flow, project expenses and payrolls for the employees. Your responsibilities will include :
- Coordinate with project managers and keep a check on project expenses
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and year end process, accounts payable / receivable
- Cash receipts, general ledger, payroll process
- Cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure analysis, capital assets reconciliations.
- Establish proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Ensure proper compliance and accuracy Maintain files and document records
In terms of educational background, skills and experience, we expect that :
- You are an undergraduate/postgraduate with CA certification
- You have 2-6 years of experience in the field of finance management, account maintainence, payroll processing and ensuring company compliance
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft office tools like MS-Excel, MS-Word, Power-point
You will need the right mind-set to thrive and grow in a young and enthusiastic firm like ours. You might be a good match if:
- System-driven approach - Given the dynamic nature of the work we do, you should be able to put systems in place which smoothen the day-to-day finance processes
- Experience in Start Up will be added advantage.
