- Working on taxation & finalization of accounts and completion of audit.

- Working on compliance of simple fund.

- Leading, assisting and coordinating with the team as a senior.

- Reviewing the work performed by the staff.

- Working on the preparation of documents relating to amalgamation & reconstruction of companies bank purpose financials, YTD management accounts, Projected Cash Flows & Projected balance sheet.

- Preparing & filing the income Tax returns.

- Preparing audit plan & performing overall audit of various clients.

Qualification: CA Must
