CTC : 15 L - 18 L ( Excl Var) Standard Industry Hike - OPEN TO DISCUSSION

Working Conditions : 10 am - 7 pm, 5 days

Technical Skills : Strong English reading and writing skills, team management skills and drive for results

PC Skills : MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).

GENERAL SUMMARY

The role requires a over 6-7 years of experience in finance function and at least 4 years experience in Asset reconstruction sector. The role includes responsibility for accounting, vendor payables, Finance MIS, apportionment of expenses between ARC and trusts. The role also requires coordination with functional heads. Preparing financial and other regulatory MISs for RBI. Managing direct and indirect tax implications for ARC, Trusts and payout to investors.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily accounting including vendor payments, monthly closing and provisions

2. Understanding and creating structure for apportionment of expenses between ARC and trusts and ensuring compliance to the same at the time of accounting.

3. The role also requires coordination with functional heads for monthly departmental financial review and preparation of MIS;s for department review.

4. Preparing financial and other regulatory MISs for RBI and investors.

5. Managing direct and indirect tax implications for ARC, Trusts and payout to investors
