Manager - Finance - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Controllers have the primary responsibility of managing the costs and finances of organizations.

- Liaising with external auditors and tax professionals for finalisation of financials monitoring internal controls and guarding against fraud.

- Participating in budgeting processes.

- Streamlining accounting functions and operations.

Compliance:

- Experience in Preparation, filing & reconciling of TDS return

- Assist in Internal and External audits

- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

- Ensuring compliance with Internal controls & the prescribed policies & procedures

Reporting:

- Preparation of MIS as per the required format

- Other assignments on the basis of requirements of the reporting manager from time to time.

- Internal Coordination with operation team for finance related matters

Qualification/Experience Required:

- A qualified CA with more 7 years of experience.

- Must be a professionally qualified with 7-10 years of relevant experience in controllership.

- Must have good communication & Email Skills

- Knowledge of MS Office, Power BI / Tableau or other BI

- Must have worked in an ERP environment with month end closures, experience of working on MS-Navision / SAP will be preferred.
