JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Finance Manager
Reports to: Finance Director
Level: L5
Responsibilities/Accountability:
- Take responsibility for overall preparation and monitoring of the financial business plan.
- Prepare and review detailed Financial Plan in conjunction with the support of functional leaders.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and other Business reports for reviews Report to the Management on progress against agreed objectives.
- Liaise and negotiate as appropriate with the treasury team and bankers for the business needs
- Maintain appropriate relations with Bankers and make reports as necessary, ensuring compliance with any agreements.
- Effective relations with the Bankers, Auditors and other consultants.
- Maintain day-to-day control over financial as per the Annual Plan/ Forecast approved by the Management.
- Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control.
- Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.
- Develop and implement dashboards to support the Business objectives.
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory reporting and filing obligations (including Statutory, Tax, Transfer Pricing audits and Direct and Indirect tax filings)
- Ensure the activities, procedures and systems of the organization are in compliance with ASSA ABLOY group policies and practices.
- Maintain and implement systems which ensures that the system operates in ways that makes best possible use of the resources available and effectiveness of controls.
Qualification Criteria:
1. CA
2. 6 - 10 years- experience
3. Good experience in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) reporting(Preferable)
4. Experience Microsoft Dynamics AX (preferable)
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) / Accounting Software
