Experience - 6-10 years
1. Handling Group Consolidation activity of accounts at the Corporate level and preparation of SEBI results on quarterly basis along with Cash flows as per the requirements of standards, Related party data compilation, strive to get it automated in the system, helping in inter-company balance confirmation process, Inter-division balance confirmation process, Co-ordination with divisional FCs for collating and compiling the information on regular basis.
2. Overlooking and providing support for standalone financials preparations.
3. Handling subsidiaries company accounts and preparation of financials
4. Handling treasury activity and assisting Superiors. Co-ordination with fund house and good in negotiation.
5. Support in case of MIS, budget compilation
6. Support in case of BOD pack and FC presentation
7. Review of TDS/GST return filing prepared by sub-ordinates of Corporate
8. Support in case of projections prepared for CMA purposes.
9. Preparation of banking limits utilisation report
10. Preparation of MIS relating to Banking securities offered
Expectations:- The candidate doing consolidation activity under Hyperion system in highly preferable.
