Job Title : Finance Manager Reports to : Head of Finance Location : Dhaka, Bangladesh Summary of Key Tasks : - Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported - Ensure Monthly accounts closing, finalisation of accounts - Ensure timely submission of monthly MIS - Ensure all applicable Tax, Accounting and Statutory compliances - To prepare, monitoring and control of annual budgets and analysis of expenses for optimizing the same - To provide necessary support and analysis for investment cases (CAPEX) and post implementation follow up - To maintain an effective and efficient internal control structure ensuring compliance with internal procedures and SOPs throughout the company - To ensure coordination with will external stakeholders viz., Statutory auditors, tax authorities, Bankers etc., - Managing cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports - Reconciliation of inter company positions with other Group units and external counterparties - Review and control receivables ageing reports on a weekly basis to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances - Reconciliation of bank accounts to the bank statements - Assist the team in various additional ad hoc tasks such as KYC process, tender preparation, contracts review, etc. Qualification : - Qualified Chartered Accountant preferably passed in first attempt. - Minimum 5 years experience in Accounting and Taxation. Preference will be given to candidates having reasonable experience in Telecom Infrastructure segment. - Fluent in English and Bangla (oral and written) - Computer-literacy (MS Office, Tally, ERP) Desired Skills : - Should be able to work independently - Result-Oriented - Rigorous &amp; Analytical - Respects confidentiality - Resilient
