Manager - Finance - CA

We have an urgent opening for the position of Finance Manager.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years' experience

- Very Good Communication Skills.

- Experience of working in large audit firms. candidates from large audit firms other than Big4 also. Eg: Big Audit Firms: Grant Thornton, BDO, NM Raiji, Haribhakti, Lodha & Co, RSM, ....etc

- Managed small team

- Good Communication skills

- Good knowledge of IGAAP and understanding of USGAAP.

- Should have hands on experience on various accounting, reporting and compliance matters.

- Should be ready to roll up the sleeves and manage things wherever required.

- Good ethical standards.

- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing, FEMA, GST and Income Tax regulations.

Job Description:

- Manage complete accounting and reporting for all the entities across different geographies.

- Ensure internal control policies adherence and all applicable legal compliances.

- Manage audits, assessments and all filings by working with external agencies.

- Prepare and review various financial reports, statements, MIS, budget and other ad hoc report requirements.

- Manage a team of 3-4 people.

- Exposure to different accounting and other relevant tools.

- Work with different stakeholders across the geographies.

- Support in all other finance and business initiatives for entity.

- GDC / BPO background will not consider.
