Job Profile:

- Financial accounting, audit, and statutory compliances - preparation of consolidated financial statements and statutory audit

- Taxation - managing compliances for direct and indirect tax requirements, GST, secretarial, legal, and other statutory compliances

- M&A - Identifying potential target companies for mergers based on in-depth research and analysis

Candidate Profile:

- A Chartered accountant with 3 - 4 years of experience

- M&A exposure is must for the role

- Experience in a Asset heavy setup is a must for this role
