Finance Manager

Job Profile :

The candidate will be responsible for :

- Preparation and consolidation of MIS, Financials and Budgeting

- Cash flow forecasts and update on a monthly / bi-monthly basis for each asset on a rolling basis

- Analysing transactions and understanding direct & indirect tax implication on the Companies

- Liaising with auditors and Tax consultants

- Working with various internal & external stakeholders

- Review and reconcile the calculation of loan interest on monthly / quarterly basis and ensure the payments to all the lenders before due dates

- Maintaining the compliance tracker for debt and ensure timely compliance of the same

Candidate Profile :

- CA with 3-5 years of post qualification experience

- Incumbent must exhibit excellent communication skills

- The candidate should be high on integrity & energy

- The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
