Manager - Finance - CA

- CA is must

- Assist in developing business processes to capture financial data required for proper book keeping and reporting in a timely and accurate manner

- Setup chart of accounts in a way that takes into consideration short-term and long-term goals of reporting (short term goal is financial reporting, medium term goal is managerial accounting)

- Assist management in setting up accounting processes to maintain proper tax book keeping and filing

- Review daily journal entries/vouchers for sales, collections, purchases, payables

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of book keeping for all business transactions

- Review daily manufacturing costing sheets/reports to early highlight any deviations or variances from management standards or formula set up by management

- Carry out monthly closing (advance payments, depreciation, loan amortization, prepaid expenses, accruals, provisions and discounts)

- Review bank, supplier, customers reconciliation

- Controlling and reconciling books v/s reports for all fiscal accounts in the trial balance

- Review monthly payroll and allocate direct labor to costing processes

- Industry: Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a plus.
