Manager - Finance - Buy Side Firm - CA

Our client is a leading global buy-side firm.

The role would include & not be limited to:

- Financial Reporting & accounting for the portfolio companies of the firm

- Compliance adherence, due diligence & financial integration of newly acquired portfolio companies

- Review forecasts and monitor financial performance of portfolio companies

- Manage & train a team of financial analysts/associates in their daily KPIs

- Summarize and present financial and operational results/information to Senior Management

- Oversee other financial aspects like treasury, tax, IFRS consolidation, investor reporting etc along with other ad-hoc projects

The ideal candidate would be :

- A qualified CA with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit/assurance with a Big 4 accounting firm

- Familiar with fund agreements, tax structures and compliance requirements

- Preferably have experience auditing global firms across different sectors like Financial Services, Infra, Utilities, Energy, Transport etc
