Manager - Finance - Buy Side Firm - CA (3-7 yrs)
About our client:
Our client is one of the leading buy-side firms with AIFs invested in India
Job Description:
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Working with a set of team from funds administrator including liaising with auditors, consultants, bankers etc
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts & ensure regulatory compliance adherence
- Manage taxation & tax returns along with overview balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
- Develop periodic reports for senior management
- Look after compliances, financial & regulatory reporting
- Manage preparation of financial statements and related schedules, statutory audit for FY
The Successful Applicant:
- CA by qualification (CA 2010 to CA 2015)
- Proven working experience as in a relevant field, ideally between 3-7 years of experience in finance with a buy side firm, PE, Big 4 accounting firms or fund service providers
- Broad experience of finance, accounts, audit, compliance-adherence and taxation
- Thorough hands-on knowledge of fund accounting in AIFs
- Good business acumen & experience in excel modelling
