Manager - Finance - BPO/ITeS - CA (5-7 yrs)
The candidate will lead a team and shall be responsible for the Accounting, Reporting and other aspects of financial accounting. Further, he will be expected to make a significant contribution in the strategic initiatives undertaken by the Company including opportunities for inorganic growth and fundraising.
Specific responsibilities
Accounting and commercial
- Develop and maintain systems for prompt and accurate collation, distribution and analysis of financial and accounting information.
- Implementation of internal control programs to enhance the quality of business practices
- Supervision and maintenance of day-to-day books of accounts of the Company and its subsidiaries, ensuring that best accounting practices are followed in accordance with the applicable accounting standards.
- Negotiation of the vendor contracts and finalization of purchase orders
- Monthly closing of the accounts
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in accordance with Schedule VI
- Control and optimize operating expenditure.
- Annual Audits and Tax Audits
- Responsible for statutory, internal and tax audits Budgets and MIS
- Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets
- Maintain control by generating reports comparing budgeted vs. actual expenditure throughout the year highlighting all deviations and ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
- Business Performance Reporting on a continuous basis.
Revenue Assurance :
- End to end billing and collection management
- Direct and Indirect Tax Compliances
- Take care of the routine direct and indirect tax compliances and associated filings for the Company and its subsidiaries
Educational / Professional Qualifications and Work Experience:
Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 5-7 years of work experience
