Manager - Finance - BPO/ITeS

1. The candidate would be required to develop a cash forecasting model for the company. Will need to interlock with upstream processes and teams to get buy in for providing required inputs. Should run the cash forecasting process and model on a rolling basis and create governance around cash forecasting process to get accountability of variances from input sources.

6. Advance Excel skills

7. Strong negotiation skills and ability to have strong stakeholder relationships and follow up with internal users. Strong internal relationships.

8. Financial Planning & forecasting Skills

9. Understanding of TCOM upstream processes and teams

10. Advanced excel modelling skills

11. Ability to work in ambiguity.
