Work on evaluating inorganic growth opportunities, analyzing multiple key Business and functions for efficiencies, working on periodic reporting to the leadership KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Financial analysis, Profit Analysis, Loss analysis, Budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, Financial reporting Performance Measurement and Related Analytics: - Analyzing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in P&amp;L lines - Preparation of monthly financial metrics and key business drivers specific to different products. - Unit level profitability matrix - Reviewing processes and suggesting/ implementing improvements &amp; changes to current procedures - Developing Budgeting and Forecast Process: - Working with Senior Team Managers to create and review forecasts and financial plans, including reporting &amp; analysis to explain changes against given baselines - Month End reporting activities: - Assist in key month end activities which provides oversight of completeness and accuracy of underlying management information - Support various teams with key Management reporting as appropriate - Reviewing financials on a monthly basis during the month-end period and reporting issues to finance management, comparing Actual to plan/ forecast/ prior period to ensure correct month end close QUALIFICATION: - 6+ yrs of experience in Fianancial Planning and Analysis - CA/MBA Finance KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : - Excellent working knowledge of MS Office should have worked on complex budget models, knowledge of SQL PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: - High degree of professionalism. - Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material. - Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Must have good interpersonal, written and verbal communications and good presentation skills.
