Role: Finance Manager

Type: Full Time and Permanent

- Cash Flow Management.

- Working Capital Management.

- Funds Management , raising, banking, MIS, Projections, Analysis of reports, Insurance rating.

- Prepare MIS, Forecast and Budget v/s Actual Variance Report for management.

- Part of Financial planning and analysis (FPA) Team.

- Prepare CMA data for Project Finance for Banks / Financial Institutions.

- Prepare provisional Balance sheet, Profit Loss accounts Cash Flow for Project Finance.

- Handle Project Finance documentation with Banks / Financial Institutions.

- Handle and prepare data for quarterly audit of Banks / Financial institutions.

- Dealing with Banks / Financial institutions for their monthly statement of Interest Principal due and to meet their requirement.

- Co-ordinate with banks for monitoring Account.

- Ensure positive Fund Flow; Optimum use of Funds.

- Deployment of funds in Term Deposits.
