Profile of the candidate:
We are currently looking for a finance professional with 3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferable in a big 4 audit firms, looking to be part of a growing organization with a high energy team. The ideal candidate has high integrity, interested in learning, able to work independently, affable and is able to take ownership of the role.
Role requirement:
- Responsible for working on different aspects of fund management ; investment audit, compliance, NAV calculation, drawdown notices, distribution of capital, IRR working, cash flow management.
- Co-coordinating with the Administrators for current funds and setting up new funds, including reviewing and approving accounts.
- Responsible for Quarterly and Annual reporting to global Investors.
- Co-ordinate with tax consultants, accounting and legal consultants for various matters pertaining to the tax, accounting, valuation and regulatory matters from conceptualizing new funds to management of existing funds
- Adhere to recent regulatory changes and identify key changes.
