JOB Title : Finance Analytics Manager (one level below GM)

Job Description: Be accountable for Financial analytics practice - processes execution, transformation, business growth and governance. Ensure service delivery of Financial Analytic models & reports as per committed service levels

Progress from a - Finance analysis service- to a - high end Financial analytic service- i.e. moving up the value chain.

Drives standardization, Process Design, Process Improvements and Migrations for Financial Analytics Practice.

Accountable for ensuring value add from the Analytic practice including taking analytic to advanced level across verticals and provide proactive advisory solutions to business problems

Ensure implementation of Industry benchmark methodology for attaining excellence in execution.

Play significant role to ensure Organization change, culture & capability are implemented.

Accountable for employee feedback results, control attrition & turnover of team.

Provide consistent and predictable high quality service to business partners/ customers.
