Manager - Finance & Accounts - Entertianment Business

Seeking a Manager - Finance & Accounting for an Entertianment company. Must have 7 to 10 years work experience post a graduate/PG.

1. Closure of Books, Internal Audits and other required audits:

- Perform the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closure of books of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

- Oversee the management and coordination of annual, legal, internal, and other required audits.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for audit purposes.

2. Monthly MIS Circulation:

- Prepare and circulate the Monthly Management Information System (MIS) report, ensuring that key financial data and business performance metrics are shared with relevant stakeholders.

- Other required MIS

3. Day-to-Day Accounting for Movie Business & Movie Profitability Analysis:

- Manage the ongoing accounting tasks related to the movie business, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and tracked.

- Prepare and circulate movie profitability reports to the producer.

- Ensure that these profitability reports are reviewed and closed on time, with any discrepancies addressed.

4. Closure of P&A (Print and Advertising) Expenses & Review of Theatrical Billing & Outstanding:

- Manage the closure of P&A expenses with the business team, ensuring that all invoices are booked in SAP by performing reconciliations with audits and SAP files.

- Review theatrical billing and track movie-wise outstanding amounts.

- Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure the closure of billing and the resolution of outstanding amounts.

- Perform vendor and customer reconciliations as needed to ensure the accuracy of financial records
