Location- New Delhi

Qualification- CA

Exp- 8-10 years of exp in Construction and Real estate activities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Maintaining Books of Accounts

- Reconciliations

- Lease Arrangements

- Banking Transactions

- Monitoring Loans/Borrowings

- Constructions/Property related matter

- Sale/Purchase/Execution of the transactions

- Direct & Indirect Tax Compliances

- Preparing the MIS

- Coordinating with the Third parties like Auditors and Bankers
