Finance & Accounts - Manager (Delhi)

Your Role:

As the Finance & Accounts - Manager, you'll be at the heart of their financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You'll lead a dedicated team, manage critical financial processes, and contribute to our strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete monthly and annual closing process, including foreign subsidiary consolidations.

- Perform meticulous GST and TDS reconciliations.

- Coordinate and manage internal audits.

- Drive budget control and variance analysis.

- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, GL).

- Lead, train, and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Education: Chartered Accountant

Experience:

5-7 years of post-qualification experience

Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Accounting Standards

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and tax laws.

- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

- ERP knowledge is advantageous.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive and self-motivated.
