Position Title: Manager - Finance & Accounts

Qualifications: Qualified CA | CA Final Clear

Experience: 5+ Years (Post Qualification)

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

Accounting and Finance:

- Assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end closings.

- Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reporting package to include balance sheet, income statement, variance to budget report, cash flow forecast etc.

- Assist in preparation of the yearly consolidated financial statements as per US GAAP.

- Preparation of financial statements of subsidiaries as per local GAAP.

- Maintaining Internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)

- Preparing and reviewing process notes, Risk control Matrix, test of controls as per guidance note issued by ICAI for India entity.

- Co-ordination with group as well as local auditors.

Taxation and Companies Act compliance:

- Assist in corporate tax planning and strategies.

- Ensure all local tax compliances (Direct and Indirect Tax) and Companies Act compliances are adhered to.

- Prepare tax information required for corporate tax returns and other tax filings across locations (India + EMEA + APAC).

- Co-ordination with Tax consultants.

MIS / Other reporting:

- Preparation of Departmental/segmental PL for different products/services.

- Handle special projects and ad hoc reports as requested by Reporting Manager.

- Assist in implementation of changes / improvements in management information systems for the Company.

Ideal Candidate:

- Should have 5-8 years of relevant experience. (Preferably 3-4 years exp with Big4/MNC).

- Should have detailed knowledge of Indian Companies Act, Indian Tax Laws and Indian GAAP.

- Should have working knowledge of US GAAP.
