Manager - Finance - Agriculture Firm - CA

This role is for a client which is a part of a very large conglomerate and is into multiple businesses. They are hiring for two roles, one would be based in West Africa and one would be based in East Africa. The candidate should ideally have international exposure and should be willing to move to Africa. He should be a CA with 5+ years of experience. A client is in Mumbai next week and would be conducting meetings.

Responsibilities include:

- Managed overall day to day Finance & accounting

- To prepare and interpret financial information and monthly management reports to top management.

- Expedites the flow of traffic from foreign destinations, including requirement of customs documentation and transportation.

- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends; ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational, import and capital investment requirements.

- To prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and half yearly statutory return and payment before due dates.

- Managing and controlling budgets of the company and reform budget as and when required.

- Analyzing changes in finance, business aspect and advising accordingly to the top management

- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk and improve the profitability of the company

 - Managing and testing the internal control system of the company and implement new systems as and when required.
