Manager - Finance - Agri/NGO/BFS - CA

The Organization expects the candidate to be an experienced Charted Accountant with excellent knowledge of Tally and Finance Operation.

Responsibilities of Finance Manager will include the following:

1. Business as Usual :

- Monitoring day to day accounting of all branches.

- Preparation of cash flow statement.

- Preparation of fund requirement statement.

- Monitoring Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

- Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors

- Settlement of Debtors and Creditors.

- Bank reconciliation statement.

2. Financial Activities :

- Getting the books audited and filing of Annual Return

- Filing of GST returns.

- TDS deduction, payment and return filing.

- PF, Pension deduction, payment and return filing.

- Advance tax calculation and payment.

- ROC filing.

3. Reporting activities :

- Preparation of financial models
 
- Preparation of budgets/ forecasts and monitoring of monthly, quarterly operations against budgets/ forecasts.

- Monthly variance analysis against budget/ forecasts, drivers for the variances and corrective measures thereof
 
- Preparation of MIS.
 
Required Skills & Experience :

Education & Skills :

- Must be qualified chartered accountant with 4 years of experience in the required field

- Good communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specially in Excel, Word and PPT)

- Proficient in Tally.

Location : The position will be based out of Varanasi.
