Accounts : - Oversee the accounting function and ensure the information is up-to-date - Analyze accounting data and produce financial statements on monthly and quarterly basis for management reviews. - Meticulous documentation of invoicing, collections and contracts. - Timely filing of statutory dues and taxes; and meeting regulatory requirements - Keep a track of cash flow positions to meet ongoing requirements - Coordinate and complete annual audits and provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures. Initiate corrective actions to ensure compliance and accuracy. - Creating budgets - Setting up appropriate internal controls and an arms-length and transfer pricing mechanism B. Office Administration : - Oversight of contracts, records management and filing - Oversight of vendors for a variety of services, including those supporting EPF, ESIC and other personnel matters - Oversight of the team engaged in office maintenance functions About you : 1.
