Our Client a leading Group has started a new Trading Organisation in Singapore and in need of Finance and Accounts person.

Looking for Indian Origin and Singapore Permanent Resident willing to work on Permanent Work basis.

The candidate is expected to have a good working knowledge of the financial/statutory/legal terms and conditions of a contract.

1. To assist the Manager in day to day operations, especially of Financial and legal/contractual nature.

2. To maintain the office book of accounts

3. To follow up with the banks on LC- s, Bid bonds, Guarantees and other such documents that may be required for the normal course of business.

To verify the accuracy of the documents and in case of deviations apprise the manager. To maintain good relation with the banks and try to maintain least cost of banking transactions.

4. To prepare accurate Invoices to customers and follow up as required for payments due. Check Invoices received from Vendors to ensure the right payments to be made.

4. To follow up on renewals of statutory nature and also apprise the manager of any new requirements/compliance that may come in effect

5. To prepare the salary cheques for the employees and arrange for tax deductions /payments in accordance with the law

6. To prepare the corporate tax submission forms and arrange for tax payments as per law. Also make routine statutory filings as may be required.

7. To maintain sufficient cash in the office for routine operations/reimbursements to employees etc.

8. To engage with Company's finance/ sales/legal staff for any clarification in India related bids.
