Manager- Finance & Accounts- NBFC- CA

Looking for someone who is CA with INDAS background.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To ensure preparation of complete set of the Financials as per INDAS with complete notes to accounts and timely closure of statutory audit

- To critically review & ensure correct & timely generation of periodic schedules for finalization of statutory accounts

- To ensure reporting as per regulatory norms for the audited accounts

- To liaise with Operations for undertaking various reconciliations required as per the accounting standards

- To supervise internal & external audits

- To oversee the process of internal, statutory & compliance audits with respect to accounts & ensure implementation of auditors' suggestions/comments

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including annual RBI inspection details and observations

- To provide timely responses to the queries and data requests sent by RBI

- To develop accounting for Loan Management System for new product, system modification & future business models and ensure implementation of complete automation

- To ensure finalization of an Accounting for product and its periodic update

- To ensure providing adequate and timely training to other departmental teams on matters of financial discipline

- Ensure proper Income Accounting, Preparation of EAD, Provision computation along-with INDAS workings

- Ensure daily and monthly proper accounting for interest income

- Preparation of Monthly EAD

- ECL Provision and all other IND AS Adjustment

- Monthly Financials & Quarterly Audit

- Ensure preparation of the monthly financials

- Quarterly Statutory Audit closure

- To build an excellent team and focus on skill development

- To provide oversight and coaching to the team in their learning journey

- To ensure regular functional & behavioral trainings of team members
