Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing/Healthcare Domain - CA

We have been mandated by a large conglomerate for the below mentioned role :

Position Name : Manager - Finance & Accounts

Locations : Madhya Pradesh

Experience : 7 to 17 Years

Qualification : CA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of complete set of financial Statements for compliance with statutory requirements & adherence to GAAP.

2. Monthly, quarterly and annual accounts closing.

3. Preparation of various annexures & formats to the quarterly and annual Accounts closing as per the corporate guidelines.

4. Analytical review & variance analysis between two periods.

5. Supervision of statutory Audit for Quarterly & Annual accounts closing & Audit

6. Supervision & Providing control evidences/CFR Testing tor significant processes of Plant- Procure to Pay, FSCP, Fixed Assets, Direct & Indirect tax, Treasury, Payroll etc.

7. Preparation of tax audit report.

8. Creation of Fixed Assets & Settlement process of AUC to Fixed asset for capitalization.

9. Physical verification of Raw Material & Finished Goods& related MIS.

10. TDS& GST Compliances & Insurance.
