- Ensuring timely smooth operation and daily activities in respect of Accounts, Finance and Taxation.
- Proactively maintaining banking relationships and being the primary contact person for raising fund based and non-fund based facilities
- Ensuring that the rating exercise if carried implement in accordance with the borrowing plan.
- Ensure that periodic valuation of inventory is carried out for the purpose of working capital borrowings etc.
- Develop required budgets for business to manage all processes within the organization.
- Tracking operating finance through Cost analysis against the budgets approved.
- To review plan related to functions & strategize for continual improved efficiencies.
- Review & recommend various cost innovations & developmental aspects to management.
- Manage and continually improve the company's Quality Management System.
- Ensuring cost control measures through financial monitoring & accounting checks for activities.
- Providing MIS related to overall Financial & Accounting for management decision.
- Any other assignments time to time as per the management directives.
Job Requirement :
- CA
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Candidate with experience of working in engineering or equipment manufacturing companies would be preferred
- Should be managing banking relationships with the current company
- Should be ensuring timely completion of rating activities for the current company
- Good communication skills
- Should be a team player
- High level of integrity
