We are looking for a CA with 3+ years' experience to independently manage the Finance, Accounting & Compliance of our client who is into hospitality industry in Bangalore
Key Responsibilities include,
Book Keeping - Be responsible for recording all cash and bank transaction with appropriate and relevant documentation including Bank and Cash Management and reconciliation.
Accounting - Input the financial transactions into Accounting Software and generate periodic financial Statements
Financial Control - Compare actual spends with budget and regulate such spending to ensure it is with in the budget
Funds Management - Periodically review the requirement for funds, co-ordinate with the Head office, submit required documentation and ensure availability of funds.
Compliance - Create a Compliance calendar and ensure timely adherence by co-ordinating with the CFO, Statutory Auditors and Company Secretary.
Management Information Systems - Prepare and Circulate Financial reports as needed by Business Leader
Budgeting - Spearhead the annual budgeting exercise apart from minor budgeting exercises as required.
Billing, Receivables & Payments Management - Raise and submit invoices to various clients and guests on a monthly basis and follow up through payment realisation. Similarly, ensure timely payments are made to vendors and service providers
