Manager - Finance & Accounts - Healthcare Startup

Our client is a startup that will revolutionise the healthcare system in India, by providing world class medical infrastructure to enable affordable care across India.

- Floated by a 1000 crore business group, the company has plans to introduce a range of medical equipment and devices, manufactured by internationally reputed organisations and marketing their products in India for the first time.

- As a Finance and Accounting Manager, you are responsible for all areas related to financial reporting and effective finance management. This includes

- Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of Accounts conforming to appropriate regulations

- Owning responsibility of closing accounts

- Preparing and reviewing trial balance and various itemized schedules regularly

- Working in synchronization with auditors in preparing and examining financial records

- Reviewing AP and AR controls to ensure accurate accounting and realization

- Establishing and maintaining financial processes, system controls and adherence to policies and SOPs in all areas having a financial impact

- Financial reporting as appropriate to the management

- Finalizing all statutory reports and ensure appropriate filing

- Sharing relevant and necessary financial information with investors and financial institutions

- Streamlining and automating financial processes to bring in efficiencies

- Ideally we are looking for YOU, if you are a Chartered Accountant

- Qualified finance professional with 4 to 5 years of prior work experience in the Accounts and Finance Department

- Strong analytical capability

- Process-oriented, thorough and methodical

- Good communication skills

- Ability to engage with diverse audiences such as banks and investors effectively
