Manager - Finance & Accounts (Consolidation)

Job Responsibilities:

- Review of consolidated financial statements

- Preparation of disclosures as per Ind AS for standalone/ consolidated financial statements

- Identifying and preparing list of console adjustments

- Responsible for liasoning with the various team members to obtain the standalone financial statements

- Responsible for Monthly book closure.

- Review of MIS for the management

- Addressing the internal and statutory audit queries Accomplish Key Performance Indicators
