Qualification : CA - Mandatory

EXP : 6-8 Yrs

- Handling sales commercial for business

- Validation and timely payment of retailer/distributor pay out

- Improvement in claim and pay out mechanism

- GST Portfolio

- Credit control and getting quarterly distributor NOCs

- Enhancing controls and ease of doing business

- Distributor and market audits

- Driving distributor conversion to channel finance

- Stabilisation of commercial modules of new DBS

- Commercial control on warehouse operations

- Monthly books closing

- Procurement and rate negotiation of goods and services

- Making the AOP for the brands

- Quarterly rolling forecast against AOP

- Analysis of achievement against forecast and AOP

- Pre and Post evaluation of trade and consumer offer

- Preparing financial evaluation of NPDs

- Preparing shadow cost sheets of competition to analyse SWOT

- Preparation of financial plan and outlook

- Sales and P/L reporting

- MIS Dashboard circulation

- Review of effectiveness of discount schemes

- Credit management and account reconciliations

- Accounts payable

- Commercial terms and agreement negotiation

- Formation of various policies relating to the pricing, sales, claims, credit control, and securitization

- Insurance for stock and asset

- Controller of capital expenditure of the business
