Emprise HR Solutions is a leading Executive Search firm catering to various sectors.

We are working for our esteemed client into Health and Wellness sector for finding suitable candidate for the following position:

Position : Manager - Finance & Accounts

Qualification : Should be a qualified CA with 8 to 12 years experience.

Job Summary

- The focus of the resource would be consolidation of the finance functions to bring synergies between Finance & Operations.

- The resource is expected to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Should be able to provide on-the job training/guidance to the team to eliminate surprises culminating into financial exposure for the company.

- Strong character and flexibility during times of change is a key criterion.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for End to end Accounting activities (inclusive of Payable and Receivables).

2. Reporting the financials as per the applicable IGAAP and IFRS.

3. Payroll Reconciliation with the HR team/external vendor and ensuring 100% compliance on payroll related statutory obligations.

4. Co-ordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors, Bankers, our global counterparts.

5. Assist in Internal Budgeting & Forecasting and Variance Analysis.

6. 100% Statutory Compliances inclusive of but not limited to filling of Service Tax Return, E-TDS Return, Professional Tax Return and liasoning with Govt. authorities wherever required.

7. Responsible for Cash Flow preparation

8. Finalize the Monthly Results Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account along with FC.

9. Introducing and implementing formal policies for Finance & Commercial Management.

10 Ensure secretarial compliances along with Company Secretary. Well versed with RBI guidelines and compliances.

11.Any other duties as may be assigned by the MD and FC.

Performance Standards

- Timely and accurate reports.

- Timely resolution of problems

- Timely & satisfactory audits

- Motivating team for time management & improvisation.

- Provide technical direction, leadership and support to subordinate staff.

Functional Skills

- Experience in Finalization of books of accounts

- Strong acumen for Business Analysis

- Good communication skills (both oral/written)

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Competencies

- Should have experience of handling a team size of 5-6 members (Non-negotiable)

- Self motivated individual

- Ability to work across teams - Operations/Finance

- Good communication skills
