Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - Executive Search (6-8 yrs)

This requirement is for a CA with 6-8yrs of experience post completion of degree for an Executive Search in Gurgaon. 


Responsibilities,not limited to following, shall include:

- Managing regulatory compliance ,GST, Company Law Compliance, Legal ,Contract, Business Compliance.

- Maintaining data & Analytics 


- Pipeline, monthly MIS, financial ratios and cash forecast statement, Cost to income ratio and Profitability

- Creating Value 


- Outsource non-value add processes 


- Coordination with Accounting, Auditing, and Payroll, Appointing better Vendors 


- Benchmarking, efficiency vendor matrix,

- Responsible for FP&A for Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closing.

- Preparing weekly tracker - reconciliations open items/outstanding. Sending updated tracker every Friday, Red Flagging outstanding payments - opportunity cost, Productivity of people

- Identification of key deal drivers and potential deal breakers and their impact on quality of earnings, quality of assets and transaction documents.

- Process Gap analysis based on the study of business processes and recommending solutions for the identified gaps.

- Extensive engagement with various business and support teams and highlighting critical issues to Senior Management.

- Building strong processes around Accounts receivables, Billing, Salary, Deploying capital, Investment, International Accounting, etc.

- Apart from above Admin function shall also report into this role.
