Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA/CMA - IT

Education: Professionally Qualified CA/CMA equivalent with 5 to 8 years post qualification experience.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software and services industry at managerial level.

Technical Skills: Strong accounting background.

- Practical knowledge on direct, indirect tax laws and transfer pricing specifically related to software/services industry.

- Should have hands on knowledge about tax assessment, hearings and appeals.

- Should have worked in ERP environment, ideally Oracle ERP .

 Key Accountabilities

- End to End Finance and Accounts process ownership

- Management Reporting

- Project Costing

- Treasury and Banking

- Cashflow management

- Timely Annual Audit Closure

- Team management

- Cross functional coordination.

Position Summary

- Manage company Finance/Accounts function end to end.

- Manage direct and indirect taxation end to end.

- Manage tax assessments including transfer pricing assessments

- Ensure statutory compliance including timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns

- Handling team of approximately 15 to 20 members.

- Having at least 5 to 10 years- experience in software industry, shall ensure proper and timely accounting and timely publishing of Management Reports.

- Support CFO during business planning process.

- Analyze MIS and provide exception reports to FC.

- Project Cost Reviews and Monitoring and publishing of project profitability reports

- Cash Flow and treasury management

- Support CFO in reviewing commercials and Contract review and risk assessments

- Shall be able to work in a combination of structured as well as unstructured environment

MUST Have exp :

- Corporate Finance

- Merchant Banking

- Independently handling tax authorities

- Experienced in funding and Corporate treasury, transfer pricing etc.

- Knowledge of Oracle financials.
